If THOR Viewer Pro does not suit you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without having to give a reason. This applies to every licence: 1 month, 1 year and Lifetime, as well as fault-database update packs.

How to ask for a refund

Online purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund at paddle.net (look up your order with the email used at purchase) or simply email us at [email protected] with your order number; we will process it with Paddle.

Purchases paid by mobile money in the FCFA zone are refunded by us to the same mobile money account.

What happens next

The refund is made to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The licence key is revoked and THOR Viewer returns to the Free version on that device; your files and settings are kept.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases are not normally refundable, except where required by law or when the software does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem — in that case contact us and we will find a solution.
