1. Who we are
THOR Viewer is published by THOR TECHNOLOGIE SARL, a limited liability company registered in Côte d'Ivoire under RCCM CI-GRDBSM-2021-B-7916, Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. Contact: [email protected], +225 07 78 48 48 47.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.
When you buy a THOR Viewer licence online, you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase. Payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT are handled by Paddle. Customers in the FCFA zone may also pay us directly by mobile money; these Terms apply in the same way.
3. The product
THOR Viewer is desktop and mobile software that displays printed circuit board files (boardviews and design files), links them to PDF schematics and provides guided troubleshooting. The Free version may be used without time limit. The Pro version is unlocked by a licence key.
THOR Viewer does not include boardview files, schematics or decryption keys from manufacturers. You are responsible for having the right to use the files and keys you open with it.
4. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use THOR Viewer Pro on one device, identified by the device ID you provide at purchase, for the duration you bought: 1 month, 1 year, or without time limit (Lifetime).
A Lifetime licence includes Pro features permanently and updates of the THOR fault database for 1 year; further database updates can be bought separately. Fixed-term licences do not renew automatically.
Moving the licence to another device belonging to the same holder is free on request. Licences may not be resold, shared, rented or transferred to another person. You may not reverse-engineer, circumvent or remove the licence check.
5. Trial
A 14-day trial of all Pro features is offered once per device. At the end of the trial THOR Viewer returns to the Free version; nothing is charged.
6. Delivery
The software is delivered by download from this website. The licence key is sent by email to the address given at purchase, normally within a few hours and at the latest within 24 hours. If you have not received it, contact us.
7. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in our refund policy. A refunded licence is revoked.
8. Support and updates
Support is provided by email and WhatsApp in English and French. Software updates are offered free of charge to all users while their licence is valid.
9. Warranty and liability
THOR Viewer is a diagnostic aid. Measurements, reference values and troubleshooting suggestions are given for guidance and must be checked by a qualified technician. To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. We are not liable for damage to devices under repair, loss of data or loss of business.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
11. Law
These Terms are governed by the law of Côte d'Ivoire and the OHADA Uniform Acts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. We will always try to resolve a dispute amicably first: write to [email protected].
