The software

THOR Viewer works on your device. Boardview files, schematics, photos, measurements and notes are processed locally and are never sent to us.

The software contacts our server only to check whether a new version exists (no personal data is sent) and, when you ask for it, to open the purchase page. The licence is verified offline. The device ID is a technical identifier derived from your hardware; it is used only to issue and check your licence.

Purchases

Online payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the data needed for payment, tax and fraud prevention under its own privacy policy. We receive from Paddle your name, email address, country, the product bought and the device ID you entered, so we can send and manage your licence. We never see your card details.

We keep order and licence records for as long as the licence is valid and as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years).

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) for security, for at most 30 days. When you start a purchase, Paddle's checkout is loaded from Paddle's servers.

Emails and support

When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we use your message and contact details only to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Côte d'Ivoire: ARTCI).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with Paddle for payments and with our hosting provider, and only as needed to provide the service.
